The latest update to our on-premises MFA solution, LoginTC Managed, offers new enhancements and features for everyone. Building off our previous update, which introduced SMS authentication to LoginTC Managed, this update brings several features from our Cloud offering to our on-prem deployment.
From Iframe authentication method order selection, to Spanish language support, to group management with the REST API, discover all that the latest update has to offer below.
The LoginTC iframe allows for the embedding of LoginTC’s authentication interface within an iframe window, providing a seamless user experience for second-factor authentication. When operating in Iframe mode, a separate authentication window appears, and end users choose from a list of several authentication methods, depending on your organization’s settings.
The latest update enhances the LoginTC Iframe Authentication mode by allowing administrators to customize the display order of available authentication methods. This also means administrators can choose which method is automatically selected as the default method, which can speed up the authentication process.
The order of authentication methods can be customized in the LoginTC Admin Panel under Policies and then Iframe Display.
LoginTC Managed is fully supported in English, French and now — Spanish.
Spanish support includes both the enrollment portal and the authentication iframe for end users.
Spanish is the fourth-most spoken language in the world, with roughly 560 million speakers globally. This update offers enhanced accessibility for organizations with a significant number of Spanish-speaking users by providing more authentication options in their language.
Language settings can be updated in Policies > Iframe Display.
The LoginTC REST API can now be used to manage Group Membership, as well as individual users. Bulk actions such as retrieving all users from a group, adding a user or users to a group, and deleting a user or users from a group, can now be performed with the REST API.
This feature will make it easier to manage and sync existing group set ups, ensure seamless transfer of information between systems, and eliminate time-consuming task duplication.
