A note on Microsoft Entra ID: Microsoft is retiring the voice call delivery it provides in Entra ID on 1 February 2027, alongside SMS. Is there a cost to use Phone Call?
100 Telephony credits, which can be used for Phone Call authentication, are included with each user in Business tier and above subscriptions. Additional Telephony credits can be purchased in batches. $10 for 1,000, $25 for 2,500 and $100 for 100,000. For more information contact us.
